This is my first time blogging and I'm really excited to get started. Well let me tell you a little about myself. I attend classes at the Shady Grove campus and I'm majoring in Simulation and Digital Entertainment. With this blog I'm hoping to give everyone a different perspective and bridging the gap between the two campuses.
Well lets jump right into it!
Yesterday was my first day of classes since the snow storm. As refreshing as it was taking a small break from schoolwork for a bit, I was kind of excited to get back. Snow covered the campus, making everything look like it was blanketed in plush soft piles of pillows. It was nice seeing snow everywhere on campus completely different from what I'm used to seeing it look like.
It was actually surprising to see the excitement on most of the students faces. I can't even begin to count how many times I heard students saying how ecstatic they were to be able to leave their homes and return to campus. Seemed as though being confined to the four walls of our homes made us appreciate coming to class even more. I'm hoping the rest of the week will go as smoothly as yesterday did.

Welcome Aula. For me the snow is starting to look like dirty laundry !!!
Welcome aboard, Aula! The snow on the Baltimore campus is not exciting me one bit. It's actually pretty treacherous, and getting into the city is agonizing. Getting to work is more stressful than work itself! Enjoy it out in the 'burbs!
I personally would love to hear about the Shady Grove campus.
And isn't it great how much we all miss school when we can't come in.
Thanks everybody!
part of me will always love a good snow day, but the adult in me was definitely glad to have a reason to leave the house :)
