Spring/Summer time = Love?!

So the other day when a bunch of my friends came back from spring break, I realized something about all of them. Everyone came back with a relationship! I don't know why, after spring break so many people feel like they have found "love."

I guess its the amazing weather where the sun blinds your eyes because you can't see the person your falling for. (A lot of my friends who have new relationships showed me their man's picture, and thats the only reason I see as to why she would be with him, that she was literally blinded) I don't mean to be negative about all of these spring - summer flings, but at the same time, I feel left-out :( I feel like I am the only one who was sick all spring break with strep throat! Some spring break...

I decided that no matter what, even if my spring break sucked, I am most definitely going to have an amazing summer! I want to plan pot-luck days at the park, going to six-flags, eating out and just staying up extremely late sitting on the roof and listening to Red Jumpsuit Apparatus! Now that sounds like a summer evening I'd most definitely enjoy.

Another quick note about bands that are playing, Bullet for My Valentine will be coming to Rams Head May 2, 2010! I am totally SIKED for that performance, hopefully I can find my long - lost summer or spring love in this venue!

What I mainly wanted to know is why people fall in love in the spring time more...Maybe its because men start to glitter in the sun when the sunlight finally hits them =D or that could just be my twilight fetish kicking in!

Haha, after I read this post, I started thinking about friend's of mine, and you're absolutely right. There's just something about the spring/summer time. Maybe it's because Spring is so fertile :) I don't know. But, my best friend and her boyfriend got together around this time last year. But, I'm definitely the one left out. haha.

As far as summer goes, your summer sounds awesome, and I hope you get to do everything on your list! :D I want to do summer abroad once before I leave college - that would make my summer the best ever..haha.

I thought spring break usually resulted in break ups? You know, that person that was comforting during the long winter months suddenly isn't so interesting compared to the endless possibilities of nice weather and more free time?

Also, that last paragraph was really funny.
