So what will you be this Halloween? And where are you going for the big night?
Halloween is one of my favorite holidays and I usually have my costume planned months ahead. Except this year. I couldn't think of any brilliant ideas, so I've settled on being a witch. But there's got to be something better out there, more original. I need your help! What were you last year? What was your second choice this year? (I don't want to be the same thing as you! That would be embarrassing.)
I was also planning on going to Fells Point that night, more to see what other people are wearing and less about drinking--it's impossible to get into the bars after 10pm on Halloween. Do you know of a less-crowded place with super people-watching potential?

Steps sit anywhere along the inner harbor !!! My girlfriends and I had dinner one evening and just sat on a bench afterwards and people-watched. Since it's halloween I suggest sitiing near the bay lady, Lady Baltimore...whatever that boat is called. I'm sure you're get some really good laughs ! enjoy
Sarah, The last time I dressed up for Halloween I remember I was a hippie. This year I decided to be a vampire. Only because I was invited to a party. Oh and the fact that twighlight, and true blood is the new thing this year! lol...
I don't know yet. I might be Miss Piggy and my bf Kermie. I know it's plain! We likely go to a party in DC, not sure yet.
For my money, nothing beats Fells for Halloween people watching.
