SO. today if anyone logged on to google.com, it came up as TOPEKA and I'm thinking to myself WAT THE HECK?! And then so I click on it for more information and come across the article.
It says, in a nutshell, that Google was changing its name to Topeka and Topeka was changing its name to Google. My face was :O lol, yeah I was like so mad. So then I call up a few friends and I'm like DUDE GOOGLE IS CHANGING THEIR WHOLE COMPANY'S NAME. One of my friends was like, "Saba, your an idiot. Did you check the date?" I was like what does that have to do anything with the date.
OH. Aprils Fools....(cough cough)
Google you are soooooooooooooo not funny.
Made me feel all stupid inside.
AND THEN I get a text from my little sister to pick her up from school. And I'm like OH CRAP how did I forget, so I rush through the highway at 80 miles an hour and get to her school and I don't see any cars or anything. And all the while, I'm thinking oh crap I'm so late, shes here all by herself. And so I go up to the doors and they are locked, and now I'm thinking....OH #%&%! how am i gonna get in? So after running around the school for about 15 minutes knocking on doors...I get a text, "Hey Saba are you here yet?" and I say, "YEAH I'VE BEEN HERE. YOU DIDN'T ANSWER MY TEXTS!" and the next text, "APRIL FOOLS, IM ON SPRING BREAK."

I really hate Aprils fools...ALOT - just thought I'd share. lol

well it wasn't that far, i just had an almost heart attack because i thought I left her at school by herself lol
Oh that is so foul !!! I sure hope you didn't have to go far. Well my April Fool's joke came from my supervisor who was on vacation and said he was enjoying it so much that decided to resign. I was like Oh hell...now who am I going to work for. I don't do change very well !!! Plus he has worked me as far as going back to school...letting me take off early and stuff. My heart was pounding until another co-worker told me to look at the date. Still pissed I'm like who cares if he resigning APril 30th...he was like look at the date he SENT it....I felt so stupid. He even sent it to his boss and she fell for it. !!! SHe said she was in her office like I know he not doing this to me by email !
